Do you mean grass fed? Corn fed beef is the shitty beef. Cows are supposed to eat grass, not corn.


There is a place opening up in Dallas called heart attack grill, and if you are over 350 lb, you eat for free. Gross.

Dude, that sounds unbelievably good. You have some good genetics Prodigy, to keep such a low bodyfat percentage but still hang on to muscle. Count yourself lucky, I guess.

I didn't think that factored in to it, until I started losing weight myself, and realized I'm not that lucky.

I lost a bunch of weight over the last couple months. Everything was going fine and dandy. On my way to 7%.

Then, I got to 10.5% bodyfat and absolutely hit a WALL. Every additional pound of fat I would lose after that, I would lose a pound of muscle with it.

At first, I tried to eat normally (no diet) for a couple weeks to see if that would "reset" my metabolism and finish the job. NOPE. All it did was make me gain a little bodyfat.

I thought about giving up. Then I decided, fuck that... I don't ever give up on anything, why start now.

So what I'm doing is a fast, where all I'm consuming is water. I started on Monday... today is Friday. So the last meal I ate was Monday morning. It's actually very spiritual in a way.

Anyway, now I'm at 9% and while I have lost 10 lbs of lean body mass (unbelievable, right?), I don't give a fuck. That shit IS going to 7%, wall or no, fuck that shit, NOTHING is getting in the way of my goal including some gay ass genetic crap wall or whatever. If I have to lift weights when I'm all done then so be it.

Anyway, a burger sounds fucking beautiful right now.
