Being Calm and Cool

I would not classify this really as a technique but more of an opposite to being a spazz. There is a tendency for some people, mostly guys, to be funny/silly. Its a hold over from childhood but as an adult it looks...childish.
Having a good time is fine. Jokes, etc. are ok.
You just don't want to be a clown. There are plenty of examples of this out in the world. For example, go to a bar and you see a table of guys who makes alot of noise or hits each other or breaks bottles. If you see this alot if you go out.
In fact, its good to recognize what is poor behavior in others so we don't end up "being that guy".

If you see women scrunching up their faces in disgust, that's a good sign. There's a kind of social hierarchy going on. (Don't blame me, its an observation).
Wherever you are, there is a social hierarchy and you don't want to be on the bottom of that.
Its ok if you are in the middle somewhere. The top may be based on opinion but everyone can generally agree that the guys with the annoying behavior are at the bottom.

I would suggest being calm. Think James Bond.

Alot of the young guys who are buff are actually quite hyperactive/spazzy. Women look at that and think "I wish he was more calm/cool."
This gives average looking guys a chance.

You see many guys doing this...but they don't approach either. I say be calm and approach. So you have the best of both worlds.
Why should I listen to you when you don't even get laid?

I do not care about it, I think. Until the day that I have not read it seriously.
